Roselyn Court

Built in 1905, and only six minutes from the heart of Melbourne, this graceful Victorian homestead is a superb setting for your wedding day. 

The Roselyn Court Homestead is surrounded by two acres of beautifully manicured gardens,available for your private use. They create a romantic backdrop for a wedding ceremony, or the ideal location for your wedding day photographs.

The Gatsby Room is the largest of the three fuction rooms, seating 160-215 guest.  Entering through ornate leadlight doors, the main feature is the full width window overlooking a large private garden, to which you have complete access.

The Gilbertson Room is the medium size function room, seating 100-125 guests.  Comprising the homestead’s original entrance, this room also contains another unique feature …  a 27 foot high domed pressed metal ceiling capped by a stained glass skylight. The front tree lined garden is private to the Gilbertson Room only

The smaller of the three fuction rooms, the Trilbys Room is attached to the chapel and garden, seating 50 – 85 people. Ideal for more intimate gatherings, upon entering through the quaint foyer the room opens up to high, ornate ceilings which create a feeling of grandeur. A full width window overlooking private gardens add to the impression of space. Period decor and Art Nouveau moulded wall panels become an ornamental feature, giving the room a hint of the French Renaissance.
